Background

I hold both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from the University of Michigan and built my career at Walker Warner in San Francisco, where I spent over 25 years helping the firm grow from 10 to 80+ staff. Advancing from designer to Director of Architectural Operations, I oversaw project delivery, staffing, and firm-wide operations while leading initiatives in technology, knowledge management, and process improvement. I specialize in aligning people, projects, and practice to support design excellence and delivery of exceptional architecture.
